Kingdom of Artemisia's Crown Tourney

Location: Cache County Fairgrounds, 400 South 500 West, Logan, UT Map

The time has come for Artemisia to choose its new heirs by right of arms. All those who wish to enter this hallowed tournament or simply support their favorites are welcome to come to the beautiful mountain shire of Cote du Ciel in the first blush of spring. If the weather is fair Pavilions and dayshades are encouraged to enhance enjoyment for both spectators and participants. If the weather is foul the tournaments will be moved indoors out of the elements. In accordance with the wishes of their Majesties please note that the Rose Tourney will be held early in the day before the crown tournament. There will be a fundraiser luncheon available. After a day of excitement and exertion please join us for a hearty and delicious feast prepared by Mistress Rebecca Chadderton.

Update:

The weather turned out better than we expected, although the fighting still had to be held inside. The finals came down to four dukes, a first for Artemisia. Our new prince & princess are HRH Timmur Jochan and HRH Saige verch Laurens.

The new Shield of Chivalrey bearer is Lord William the Dragonhearted, and the new Bard of Artemisia is Geoffrey Cheriton.
