Shire of Cote du Ciel

Welcome to the Modern Middle Ages!

We are a local group of the Society for Creative Anachronism (SCA), people interested in recreating the best parts of the Middle Ages.

Location: The Shire of Cote du Ciel covers the north-eastern parts of Utah and south-eastern parts of Idaho, including Cache, Box Elder, Rich, and Franklin Counties. Our meetings are held Wednesday evenings from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm in the Whittier Community Center, 290 N 400 E, Logan, UT.

If you are new to the SCA, check out our Newcomer's Quest, a series of simple activities designed to introduce you to the varied aspects of the SCA.

Upcoming Events: The Whittier Center would like our help with providing games for Family Game Night on Monday, June 17, 2013 from 6 - 8:30 pm. Harvest War will be September 13-15, 2013. The Shire of Cote du Ciel will be hosting Fall Crown Tournament on October 5, 2013. Check back here frequently for any other demos that may come up.

Volunteer! We are in need of Event Stewards, Feast Stewards, a Hospitaller, Rapier Marshall, & Chronicler. Most officers are accepting bids for Deputies. Please contact an officer if you are interested in learning what their job entails. Please contact the Seneschal if you would like to volunteer. The next officers meeting will be January 19, 2013 at 5 pm. All officers and event/feast stewards should plan to attend.
